Abstract
The objective of research was to describe many attempts taken to develop tourist destination and to formulate a synergistic model in developing tourist destination in Karanganyar Regency. This study was a combination of descriptive qualitative and applied researches. Data collection was carried out through interviewing in-depth informants, data validity test using triangulation, and data analysis using interactive model. The result of research showed that the factors affecting a successful development of destination were: varying resources, destination-s accessibility, facility, comfort, and stakeholders- participation. For that reason, synergies were required between destination organizers in policy making, between destination organizers and tourism office in the term of fund and institutional reinforcement, between organizer and surrounding people in the term of object maintenance and mutual benefit, between organizers and SME performers in providing service needed by visitors and souvenir, between organizer and empowerment institution, between organizer and local government as owner and mentor, and between organizers and high education through community service program. Synergy may include cooperation, governance policy, fund allocation, supervision, research, and training.

Abstract
The implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency in the management of the Village Fund Allocation in Kiawa Dua Village, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency was the main concern in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the planning and implementation of Village Fund Allocation in Kiawa Dua Village, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency was in accordance with the law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2014 concerning Village and PP No. 60 of 2014 concerning Village Funds from the state budget. The benefits of this study are expected to provide insight for the Government of the Minahasa Regency, specifically the Village Fund Allocation in Kiawa Dua Village. The data was obtained from key informant namely chieftain, village officials, and community leaders who participated in the planning and even the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method with Phenomenological approach that is by interview and direct observation to the Kiawa Dua Village. The results showed that the Village Fund Allocation was well managed that the implementation was in accordance with the plan, could be accounted for, accountable and transparent. Specifically in terms of reporting administration, better management is still needed. It is recommended that there is a team that manage reporting, the team can increase knowledge in making reports so that the reporting administration can be improve.

Abstract
This study is intended to examine the effect of niche marketing and co-creation of experience to the competitiveness of tourism destinations. The research is conducted by utilizing explanatory survey method to a population of 64 (sixty four) tourism destinations that are passed by sailing yachts in Indonesia. The observation unit is the managers of integrated yacht tourism destinations. Hypothesis testing used is Smart PLS (partial least square) to examine the series of relationships between latent variables in a limited population. The results show that niche marketing and co creation of experience are able to increase yacht tourism destinations, while co creation of experience has a greater role to improve destination competitiveness compared to niche marketing strategy.

Abstract
Realizing Eka Buana Village based on community tourism is a coastal village surrounded by hills on the edge of a white sand beach that is very potential as, Suwarga beach has the beauty of natural attraction of fauna, flora and thick with local culture, relaxed atmosphere of heaven in the eastern region South Lombok, bordering the location of the Mandalika Tourist Area (KEK), related to a variety of risk considerations due to environmental changes safety and comfort factors, for indicators of tourism performance the role and reach of facilities to destination requires adequate infrastructure to encourage. Transportation infrastructure, lodging facilities supporting other community- based tourism needs, although there is an effect on tourist visits, both foreign and domestic, require services or acceptance of the local community in receiving tourism guests visit in accordance with the norms of local cultural norms, although some issues of contraction of local cultural pollution that hospitality by this village community. Related to the type of denagna, increasing tourist arrivals from the point of view of Indonesia-s economy is a very potential market that can promise a trendy tourism market, so far the types of tourism that are trending are : Ecotourism, Cultural tourism

Abstract
The Aims of this research is to determine the factors affecting Visitors- Intention to vist The Bogor Botanical Garden before and after the implementation of a one-way system. There are some factors that can affect Visiting Interest, pull factor and push factor. The independent variables of research are Location, Historical Attractions, Natural Environment and Weather Attraction, Escape Motive, Relaxation, Family and Friend Togetherness, Knowledge, Enjoying Natural Resources. The dependent variables is Visiting Interest/intention. Nonprobability sampling used as the sampling method of this research. The result of this research concluded that (1) there are three factors with positive and significant effect on Visiting Intention before the implementation of a one-way system. The factors are Location, Family and Friend Togetherness, (2) there is one factor with positive and significant affect on visiting intention after the implementation of a one-way system is Knowledge.This research also got result that Location, Historical Attractions, Natural Environment and Weather Attraction, Escape Motive, Relaxation, Family and Friend Togetherness, Knowledge, Enjoying Natural Resources have the positive and significant simultan effect on Visiting Intention before and after the implementation of a one-way system (F-count is bigger that F-table).

Abstract
Jabal Kelor tourism development has triggered a positive impact on the residents of the Dadap Kulon hamlet. In this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with key informants involved in developing Jabal Kelor. Observation and documentation to check the validity of the data. Interactive data analysis techniques take place continuously until complete until the data is saturated. The results showed that the Dadap Kulon community felt a positive impact on the development of Jabal Kelor as a tourist attraction. The positive impact can be seen from the economic, environmental, social and political aspects. Namely, the emergence of new jobs increased income and allocation of funds for tourism development. Regional carrying capacity and waste disposal management. Improvement of the quality of life and pride of the community. Activating community participation and building a management system.

Abstract
Ecotourism is a tourism activity that balances the use of saving (conservation). In the process of managing ecotourism to improve the economy of local communities. Candirejo Herbal Kampung Surabaya is now able to develop the area based on resource potential. This paper focuses on applying the principles of ecotourism in Candirejo Herbal Kampung Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of ecotourism and the ability of managers to implement it. For this reason, the method used to obtain information sources, namely interviews with management/managers, field observations to see the implementation of ecotourism and using a check list to easily find out the principles of ecotourism that have been implemented.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper studies is to analyze tourist risk perception to East Lombok-s image and its impact on tourists intention to re-visit after the earthquake. East Lombok is one of the areas in Indonesia hardest hit by the earthquake was most affected by the earthquake on 2018. This paper focuses on analyzing 1) the effect of tourist risk perception on destination image; the influence of destination image on intention to re-visit after the earthquake; and 3) the effect of the tourist risk perception on the intention to re-visit after the earthquake. This paper study using the path analysis method and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software.

Abstract
In tourism development, an analysis of the development of creative tourism potential is an interesting study. The core of tourism development, among others, is the development that prioritizes local wisdom, and the preservation of art culture (batik). Development of batik creative tourism potential, should consider aspects of tourism support, and the characteristics of creative tourism. Batik creative tourism offers the opportunity for tourists to develop creativity by learning with local residents in the process of making batik. This study from an economic sociological perspective is motivated by the powerlessness of the tourism sector in developing the potential for creative tourism in batik. Creative tourism requires the development of potential for the advancement of batik creative tourism. This article examines the development of batik creative tourism potential in the village of Paoman, Indramayu district, West Java, 2018. Data collection was carried out through observation, documents and interviews with tourists, batik center owners, batik makers, and related agencies. Data analysis uses triangulation. The results of the study show the supporting aspects of tourism, and the characteristics of creative tourism are important factors that need to be considered in developing the potential of batik creative tourism. The Paoman batik center has the potential to become a batik creative tourism destination, but it needs further development of authentic tourist experiences, active involvement of tourists, participatory learning involving tourists, direct contact with tourists, creating their own products by tourists, and availability of work practices.

Abstract
Tourists visiting South Sulawesi are predominantly Muslim as much as 75% of the total tourists. This shows the potential for halal tourism in South Sulawesi is very large, but until now there has been no research on halal tourism in South Sulawesi with a strategic approach. The purpose of this study is to explore the priority problems, solutions and strategies related to halal tourism in South Sulawesi as the basis for developing a strategy model. This research is a qualitative research. The method used is the Analytic Networking Process using super decision software. The results showed that the determination of the strategic model based on the priority problems faced by halal tourism in South Sulawesi. Priority problems in developing halal tourism in South Sulawesi from the government aspect are infrastructure, information from the community aspect, and promotion from the aspects of Hotels, Travel, and Halal Food. Priority solutions in overcoming priority problems are improving infrastructure from the aspect of government, increasing information about locations and online media from the community, and increasing the promotion of halal food from the aspect of hotels, travel, and halal food. The strategy model formed for the development of halal tourism in South Sulawesi is a strategy to improve infrastructure and synergy between the government and entrepreneurs.
